Our motorcycle airfreight programme offers you a reliable, simple way of transporting your motorcycle across the Atlantic. We will make all the arrangements for your motorcycle to be shipped, uncrated, by airfreight between the UK and Canada. We prepare all of the paperwork necessary for shipping your motorcycle, all you have to do is deal with the officials! Space is limited to 4 motorcycles per flight.

Just deliver the bike to the airport, with a small amount of fuel, and disconnect and tape up the battery leads. Allow 2 days for loading (3 days in Manchester) excluding weekends. Transit insurance is included to a value of $20/kg. On request we are also able to offer airfreight from Paris, Munich and Frankfurt to Canada.

We can also arrange for you to fly with your motorcycle, an overnight hotel on your arrival in Canada so you can collect your motorcycle the next morning, refreshed, motorcycle insurance for the USA and Canada, and the all-important travel insurance, for up to 1 year. Our complete service frees up your time to plan the really important things – like your route.

If you are looking to tour extensively in North America, or love your motorcycle dearly, then our airfreight service to Canada is a relatively inexpensive and straightforward option. As a general rule for holidays of less than 3-4 weeks, shipping should be considered a clear second option to motorcycle hire – see our relevant web or brochure information on our rentals and tour programmes in Canada and the USA. For seafreight to Canada and the USA, please see our separate information. And yes, you can mix these services, so for example, you could ship your motorbike by seafreight to New York, and airfreight it back from Vancouver for example.

Please read the information on our contract, and if you wish to go ahead and book just print, sign and return all 4 pages of the contract with your payment. With your application, you must also include one photocopy of your motorcycle registration document, passport and driver’s license. Upon receipt of your documentation, we will complete your reservation and send you instructions for delivering and collecting your motorcycle. You must also provide us with an address and phone number at your port of arrival. This address can be the hotel you are staying at your first night.  

Please note that if you have a hire purchase agreement on your motorcycle, you must obtain a notarized written release from your hire purchase provider to temporarily take your motorcycle out of the country. This is a customs requirement and you will have to produce the permission letter.
